1. Mr. Satyakam, learned Additional Standing Counsel, assures the Court that the refund amount which has been directed to be paid to the Petitioner together with interest thereon by a refund order that was passed two days ago, will be credited to the account of the Petitioner not later than 20th July, 2019.

2. Mr. S.B. Shashank is present in Court. The Court is informed that the Committee which was headed by him has since been disbanded by the Commissioner, VAT. His presence is henceforth dispensed with.

3. Mr. Ruchir Bhatia, Advocate submits that he is questioning the calculation of the interest and states that the Respondent should furnish to the Petitioner the reasons for said calculation by passing a separate order.

4. It is directed that the Respondents will pass a separate order on the calculation on the interest payable on the refund amount not later than four weeks from today and furnish it to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It will be open to the Petitioner to challenge such order in accordance with law.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
