recommendations of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), the final decision to withdraw the tender impugned in this case has been taken by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) and duly forwarded to the MHA.

The original file relating to the consideration, award and processing of tender which is subject matter of this proceeding was produced by the GNCTD.

In the light of this statement, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application.
