Mr. Deva Vrat Anand, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of respondent company. Learned counsel says that since a petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, bearing No.(IB)- 334(ND)/2018 has been admitted by NCLT, New Delhi Bench, vide order dated 09.07.2018, this petition cannot proceed further. 2.

A copy of the order passed by the NCLT, New Delhi Bench, has been placed before me. A perusal of paragraph 14 of the order would show that a petition filed by a Financial Creditor has been admitted and consequently, the moratorium period under Section 14 of the Code has been triggered. The order also reveals that Mr. Anil Kumar Jain has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IPR).

2.1 Mr. Deva Vrat Anand says that he is representing the IRP accordingly.

The captioned petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the NCLT, New Delhi Bench, with requisite application, albeit, in accordance with law.
