Learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that on 18.01.2024, it was apprised by counsels for the parties that the Defendant Company has undergone liquidation. In light of this, learned counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this suit with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum. 2.

Suit along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the disputes between the parties.
