% 06.08.2018 At the outset, learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum constituted under the provisions of the Electricity Act. He also states the petitioner, if aggrieved against the order to be passed by CGRF can approach the Ombudsman. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondent no.1 and noting the fact that amount of the impugned bill of Rs.1,40,038/- has since been deposited by the petitioner with the respondent, petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach CGRF.
