% 17.01.2017 Before filing of the execution, some of the stake holders from judgement debtor No.1 has paid the part payment of Rs 1, 30, 07, 634/- and now remaining balance has to be paid by Judgement debtors 1 to 3 in terms of the compromise decree.

The decretal amount is less than two crores rupees. As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court. Learned counsel for the parties submits that address of judgement debtors are located in the Nangalraya which falls within the jurisdiction of South West District as such the matter be sent

before the Learned District & Session Judge (South West District) Dwarka Court.

In view of the submission, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (South West District) Dwarka Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (South West District), Dwarka Court on 07.03.2017. The suit files be made available to the Ld District & Session Judge (South West District ) at Dwarka Court on the date fixed. DR.
