This petition by way of public interest litigation has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to stop the alleged land grabbing and also to demolish the unauthorized constructions over the land belonging to DDA in Ward No.1, Ladho Sarai Colony, Mehrauli, New Delhi. 2.
We have heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the issues raised in the writ petition by treating the same as a representation and take appropriate action following due process of law. The action taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within three months from today. The W.P.(C) 7491/2016
petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition in case the issues raised in this petition are not fully resolved.
