% 20.04.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by the Court below whereby the Court has given a direction that there is no need of the accused persons/petitioners to appear in this case again until it is so decided by the Court in future.

In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Court below, the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition and prays for withdrawing the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
