The petitioner seeks interim bail for four weeks in case FIR No.121/2013 under Sections 302/201/34 IPC registered at PS Vasant Kunj South to enable him to complete admission formalities of his daughter at Allahabad University. Status report not filed. 2.
By an order dated 01.06.2016, the petitioner was granted interim bail to enable him to secure admission of his daughter in M.Sc. Course at Centre of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences University of Allahabad. Undisputedly, the interim bail was availed BAIL APPLN. 1572/2016
between 28.06.2016 to 08.07.2016. Since Delhi University had not declared the result, the admission could not take place. The result has since been declared on 13.07.2016. The petitioner seeks interim bail for four weeks to secure admission of his daughter as the admission process is going on in the University.

The Trial Court by an order dated 23.07.2016 has granted bail to the petitioner for five days w.e.f. 25.07.2016 or the date of release. It is urged that this period of interim bail is not sufficient to complete the formalities as it takes two or three days to travel to Allahabad. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail for ten days from the date of release is granted to the petitioner. Other terms and conditions of the order dated 23.07.2016 are left undisturbed. The petitioner shall surrender before Superintendent Jail on expiry of interim bail. During this period, he shall not contact or intimidate the prosecution witnesses.
