% 20.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that arbitration proceedings are pending.

No one has appeared on behalf of the respondents. The Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted in the matter. Interim order passed on 17th April, 2015 shall continue during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application under Section of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, for modification/vacation of the said interim order before the Arbitrator, if so desired.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
