Present Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.437/2014, under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Paharganj, New Delhi. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State submits that Charge-sheet has already been filed and some of the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Considering the submissions made, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petition, with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court. 4.

The present Petition and pending Application are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
