% 08.08.2016 W.P.(C) 6937/2016 and CM No. 28508/2016 (Exemption) The present writ petition, essentially, seeks a direction to the Punjab National Bank, the respondent herein, to dispose of the representation dated 8th June, 2016 filed by the petitioner, who is stated to be a registered Federation of its workers.

Issue notice.

Mr. Jagat Arora, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent- Punjab National Bank and states that the respondent will dispose of the said representation dated 8th June, 2016 filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law and under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
