% 08.08.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction has been permitted to be carried out by respondents at property No.R-629, Gali No.3, Near Altakva Masjid, Jogabai Extension Jamia Nagar, Delhi. Submission being that is an illegal and unauthorized structure.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. It is stated that the deviations in the aofrenoted property have been noted; the property has been booked: action in accordance with law has been taken partially and demolition programme is now fixed for 28.8.2016.

It is expected that the demolition of as proposed shall be carried out in true letter and spirit.

Copy of the action taken shall be furnished to the petitioner. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
