% 17.01.2017 Ex.P.315/2013 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016 as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Learned counsel for decree holder has admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.2 crores and matter is to be trnasfered to concerned district court of North District, Rohini Court.

In view of same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, North Contd....2

-2District, Rohini Court Delhi for 10.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court. The next date of hearing i.e. 07.02.2017, earlier given stands cancelled.
