% 06.12.2018 The stay on investigation was vacated on 19.05.2018, since then the Investigating Officer has endeavoured to procure the original documents which are to be examined forensically. The requisite order has been passed by the learned Joint Registrar, few days ago. Ms. Rao, the learned counsel for the State submits that the certified copies of the said original documents are required to be retained by the Registry and the originals are to be handed over to the Investigating Officer for sending them for forensic examination. In view of the above, no further orders are required at this stage. The interim protection is confirmed. In the event of any precipitate action contemplated against the petitioner, he shall be given one week's due notice by the I.O.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies in changed circumstances. NAJMI WAZIRI, J DECEMBER 06, 2018/acm
