The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a.

Pass s writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 & 2 to provide access to the liquor vend situated at khasra no.458, Ground Floor, 100 Feet Road, Burari, Delhi-110084."

The petitioner claims to be the owner of the premises bearing Shop No. Khasra No. 458, Ground Floor, 100 Feet Road, Burari, Delhi-110084, which is leased to Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC).

The grievance of the petitioner is that there are certain persons who are holding protests and blocking the access to the said shop. 6.

In the aforesaid circumstances, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to take necessary steps to ensure that the access to the shop is not unlawfully obstructed.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 8.
