% 11.05.2017 Today, learned counsel for respondent-SDMC has handed over a short affidavit dated 11th May, 2017. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for respondent-SDMC states that partial demolition has been carried out and the remaining demolition shall be carried out in accordance with law.
