% 11.02.2016 CM No. 30449/2015 in W.P.(C) 6896/2012 and CM Nos. 10597/2015 and 5170/2016 in W.P.(C) 7432/2012 Since the report has been handed over to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, an appropriate decision in this regard with respect to each Society shall be taken at the earliest considering the past history of this case and the fact that the Commissioners have put in their efforts for almost two years. The Registrar is, therefore, directed to complete the process and indicate the approved list of individual members in respect of each of the Societies within four months of the finalization of the report of each of such society, where the process (of verification by Court Commissioners) has been adopted.

Rights and contentions of the parties in case of any grievance are reserved. It is open to the parties to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law, however, no application for clarification/directions in the present disposed of matter shall be filed. The applications are disposed of.
