This petition by way of Public Interest Petition has been filed complaining about the alleged illegal constructions in certain properties situated in certain areas in North Delhi Municipal Corporation. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent/North Delhi Municipal Corporation. 3.

The material available on record shows that before filing this writ petition, the petitioner made representations bringing to the notice of the respondents about the alleged unauthorized and illegal constructions. It is alleged in the petition that the respondents failed to take any action. 4.

We, therefore, direct the respondent/North Delhi Municipal Corporation to consider the representations of the petitioner (the copies of which are filed as Annexures to this petition) and give the suitable reply W.P.(C) 7064/2016

within four weeks from today.
