O R D E R

% 30.08.2018 In terms of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 14th May, 2018 in WP (C) No.4626/2018 titled as 'Sanjeev Singla vs. The Principal, Shan International School and Ors', the Deputy Director of Education department, vide order dated 23rd August, 2018, has made a determination that, the parents of master Nikhil Singla do not fall under the EWS category and the latter is consequently, not entitled for admission in Shan International School in the subject category. A copy of the said order dated 14th May, 2018 has been handed over to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner does not press this petition, and seeks liberty to institute appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, to assail the said order dated 23rd August, 2018 passed by the Deputy Director of Education department.

The petition is disposed of accordingly and the pending application also stands disposed of.
