% 06.08.2018 The present Contempt Petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is instituted for initiation of Contempt proceedings against the contemnors no. 1 to 4, and for punishing them for wilful disobedience of this Court in not complying with the judgment dated 2nd April, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to press the contempt petition already instituted and pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, in accordance with law. Leave and liberty granted.

Needless to state that it is hoped and expected that the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal shall dispose of the contempt proceedings pending adjudication before it, as

expeditiously as

possible, after affording an opportunity of being heard to counsel for the parties.
