% 12.01.2017 Today, learned counsel for the respondent-DTC states that gratuity amount of Rs.1,44,683/- as well as provident fund amount of Rs.1,42,676/- has been transferred to the petitioner's bank account yesterday.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid amount is yet to be credited.

In the opinion of this Court, as the amount has been released, it is bound to be credited.

Since it is only a matter of time, the present contempt petition and pending application are disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 12, 2017/NG
