O R D E R

% 16.04.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that Govt. of NCT of Delhi vide letter dated 16th April, 2015 has granted parole to the petitioner for 20 days, subject to verification of grounds by the jail authority. Keeping in mind that parole has already been granted by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, jail authority would take expeditious steps and ensure release of petitioner before 18th April, 2015 since marriage of petitioner's son is scheduled for 19th April, 2015.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be also given dasti to the counsel for appellant under the signatures of Court Master.
