This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "a. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature, directing the respondents to pay. interest @ 12.5%, till the area of Bawana II Bhorgarh is not fully developed or till all the basic facilities of water, electricity and further road and plot are not fully developed- and till fill up the path holes of the plots, provide electricity, water connection and other basic amenities. b. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature, directing the respondents that the plots be freehold immediately and. lease amount be charged, on the basic price of plot i.e. 8518/- and;

c. For issuance of a writ/order/direction. in the nature of writ of mandamus - or any other suitable writs or directions in the : like nature directed to the that to give the permission to sale and .purchase of plots and also to start commercial work or any other work of their choice at site of plots and seeking permission to change the trade of their work and;

d. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature to give direction to the respondents that to waive off the interest and rent of the balance amount which was not paid by some of the members due to full development was not done at site by the respondents and possession offer to them and; e. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature, directed the respondents to pay the amount with 12.5% interest who are not interested to take plots there, due to huge delay, their money be returned without any charges and ; f. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature, directed the respondents to allow the members of petitioner to construct two plots jointly and same be passed by the respondents.

g. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature directed to respondents not to charge the interest from the members of petitioner for period 17.12.2010 to 31.03.2011 and directed the respondents to pay interest till complete development of the area. h. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature, directed to respondents to pay the amount with 12.5% interest to those, members, who are not interested to take plots there, due to huge delay and also directed to return their money, which was deposited by them without deducting 70,000/- as file charges and also directed not to charge interest @ 10% on delay payment;

i. For issuance of a writ/order/direction in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other suitable writs or directions in the like nature to appoint a independent agency/local commissioner to inspect the site and file a report alongwith photographs of actual site. j And for issuance any order/ writ / directions which is deem fit appropriate by this Hon'ble court to meet the ends of justice." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner today. 4.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing, i.e., 07.08.2025, as well.

The present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of.
