The applicants/defendants no.1 to 3 seek correction of the order dated 9th December, 2019 dismissing the suit on the ground of the plaint, on the averments therein, not disclosing a cause of action. 2.

The applicants/defendants no. 1 to 3 seek correction of the judgment/order dated 9th December, 2019 stating that the name of the person referred to in the order as Trilok Chand Sodhi was in fact Trilochan Singh Sodhi.

The name mentioned in the plaint is Trilok Chand Sodhi only and not Trilochan Singh Sodhi, though the defendants in their written statement have referred to Trilochan Singh Sodhi.

The order dated 9th December, 2019 having dismissed the suit merely by reference to the plaint in which reference is to Trilok Chand Sodhi and CS(OS) 405/2016

not Trilochan Singh Sodhi and no reference having been made in the order to the written statement of the defendants, no correction in the order is required.
