O R D E R

% 14.09.2016 Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Additional Secretary is the Controlling Authority and the petitioner may approach the Controlling Authority for processing of his complaint. On the petitioner approaching the Controlling Authority, the Controlling Authority shall hear the petitioner as well as proceed further in the complaint made by the petitioner in accordance with law. The Controlling Authority shall dispose of the complaint of the petitioner within a period not later than six weeks of the petitioner approaching the Controlling Authority in the first instance.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms reserving liberty of the petitioner to take such remedies as may be available in law in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Controlling Authority.
