% 16.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that unauthorised and illegal construction is being permitted in Flat No.256, DDA Janta Flats, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. The petitioner is the owner of the ground floor. His submission is that respondent No.4 who is the owner of the first floor has raised illegal construction over and above the first floor. On advance notice learned counsel for respondent/ the municipal corporation has entered appearance. Pass over had been taken at the first call. At the second call learned counsel for the respondent informs this

Court that some deviation/ illegal activity has been noted. Her submission is that all actions in accordance with law will be taken. This undertaking of the respondent is taken on record. Compliance effected in terms of the aforenoted undertaking shall be intimated to the petitioner. No further orders are called for in this petition. The petition disposed of.
