After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to expedite the trial, he shall not press this petition.

In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the case and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 9 months from the next date before the Trial Court.

In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
