The parties have amicably resolved their disputes by settlement agreement dated 13th July, 2016 recorded before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Mahesh Chander Joshi, Mahkarwati and Jasvir Singh are present in Court with their respective counsels and they undertake to honour the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 13th July, 2016 in its true letter and spirit. The undertaking of the parties is hereby accepted. 3.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 13th July, 2016 and the undertakings of the parties given to this Court today with liberty to the petitioner to revive this petition in the event of violation/breach of the settlement agreement by the respondents. Pending applications are disposed of.

In the event of any breach or violation and the application for revival being filed by the petitioner, the respondents agree to appear before this Court on the very first date of the hearing on receipt of the advance copy. The statements of respondents are taken on record.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
