% 12.07.2017 The petitioners have approached this Court in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for a writ for a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to protect their life and liberty from respondents No.3 to 5 and their associates.

On 17th April, 2017 notice was ordered to be issued and the interim protection was provided to both the petitioners by this Court. Pursuant to the notice to the respondents No.3 to 5, they have appeared in person. It is submitted that the petitioners have attained the age of majority and the date of birth of petitioner no. 1 is 5.4.1999 and year of birth of petitioner no. 2 is 1994 as per their respective Aadhar Cards. They have solemnized their marriage on 6th April, 2017 as per Muslim rites and ceremonies.

The respondents No.3 to 5, who are father, mother and cousin of petitioner No.1, had earlier raised the objections to the marriage of the petitioners which led them to file the present petition. Now both the petitioners and respondents No.3 to 5 are present before Court. Respondents No.3 to 5 submit that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners. In these circumstances, nothing survives in the petition. The same is disposed of accordingly. Dasti. VINOD GOEL, J.
