% 09.08.2016 Crl.M.A. 12228-12229/2016 (Exemption) Applications are allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.c. 2849/2016 The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.364/2007, under Section 345A/467 of the DMC Act, Police Station Paharganj.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that in the FIR, name is mentioned as "some builder" and on the asking by the Court that as to why he has approached this Court, it has been informed that he has been summoned by the Court below and the summoning order has not been placed on record. Perusal of file further shows that the same petition has already been filed bearing Crl.M.C. 5553/2014 which was dismissed by this Court.

In the facts and circumstances mentioned above, no ground is made out to quash the FIR in question.
