The appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

By similar order dated 17th December, 2012 in these appeals, the stay against execution of the impugned awards was declined and the insurance company was called upon to deposit the amounts with the Claims Tribunal. If any amount has been withheld by the Tribunal, the same shall now be released to the respective claimants in terms of the impugned judgment. MAC.APP. No.1270/2017, 1283/2012

Statutory amounts however shall be refunded.
