Crl.M.C. 2822/2016 The present application under Section 445 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 16.07.2016 passed by the learned CMM, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

After hearing the counsel for the parties, this Court does not find any ground to modify the order dated 16.07.2016 passed by the Court below. However, it is made clear that the petitioner may move

appropriate application before the Trial Court showing his hardship to relax any condition.

The present petition is accordingly dismissed. Dasti.
