% 16.01.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in person, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present revision petition and the applications filed therewith as the petitioner undertakes to vacate the demised premises and hand over its vacant and peaceful possession to the respondents before the Rent Controller on 31.01.2018. The parties agree that they shall appear accordingly before the Rent Controller on the said date. Ordered accordingly.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner shall remain bound by the above undertaking. Needless to add, if the above undertaking is flouted, all consequences including execution of the impugned order shall follow. Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. R.K.GAUBA, J.
