O R D E R

% 22.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Commissioner could not clear/sign the formal Refund Order even though it has been processed on the record. It is further stated that the updated interest as well will be credited with the Refund Order. In the circumstances, the respondent is hereby directed to issue Refund Order within 10 days and ensure that the amounts, which include the interest payable in accordance with law till the date of payment are also credited to the petitioner's account. The writ petition is allowed in the above terms.
