% 08.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 08th June, 2016 passed in LPA 386/2016 whereby it was agreed that petitioner will send a written representation which the respondent would dispose of within six weeks. Learned counsel for petitioners states that though the petitioners' made a representation dated 10th June, 2016, yet despite lapse of six weeks, the same has not been disposed of till date.

Learned counsel for respondents, who appears on advance notice, tenders unconditional apology on behalf of the respondents. She states that the petitioner's representation would definitely be disposed of within two weeks.

The statement made by learned counsel for respondents is accepted by this Court and respondents are held bound by the same. In view of the aforesaid, present petition and application are disposed of. However, respondents are directed to file action taken report within three weeks.

Petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the present proceedings in the event petitioner's representation is not disposed of within the stipulated period.
