The petitioner seeks interim bail to undergo surgery. Status report and Additional Status report are on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2014. He was granted interim bail before also to undergo surgery.

The said problem has resurfaced.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice to enable the petitioner to undergo the required surgery, he is granted interim bail for ten days from the date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
