1. The matter is taken up today since 231 January 2015 was declared a holiday.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs that the arbitral proceedings have already been commenced. In that view of the matter, the interim order passed by this Court on 13th October 2014 is directed to continue during the arbitral proceedings subject to the Arbitrator modifying or varying the said order at the instance of either party on an application moved under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
