Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the prosecution evidence is likely to be over shortly, he does not press this petition impugning order on charge dated 06.02.2017. He further submits that the petitioner reserves his right to approach the trial court for appropriate directions to the Investigating Officer to verity the authenticity of the documents annexed as Annexure-P7 (Colly) at pages 101 to 107. 2.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or with regard to the documents referred to above. Trial Court would be at liberty to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J MARCH 14, 2019/'rs'
