% 26.09.2019 CRL.M.A. 36645/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside the impugned order dated 04.02.2017 by the Appellate Court, Additional Sessions Judge-03, South, Saket Court, New Delhi, thereby acquitted the respondent/accused by setting aside of the judgment dated 05.05.2016 and order on sentence dated 20.05.2016 passed by the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submits the matter has been amicably settled with the other party, therefore the petition has become infructuous.
