The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹75,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned Commissioner towards full and final settlement of the claim in respect of the subject matter of the appeal.

In addition, the respondent No.1 has no objection if the awarded amount of ₹16,617/- along with accrued interest thereon, if any, in terms of the award lying deposited by the Commissioner of Workmen Compensation be released to the appellant.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has brought the demand draft of settled amount of ₹75,000/- bearing No.000855 dated 05.04.2017 drawn on ICICI Bank in the name of appellant. Copy of the draft has also been placed on record.

The draft has been accepted by the appellant under his signatures as full and final settlement of the claim.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 6.

The appeal is disposed of.
