% 14.01.2016 Ld. counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit value is less than rupees one crore and the suit property is situated at Saidulajab which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 08.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
