W.P.(CRL) 2362/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.366/2016 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 379/ 34 IPC against the petitioner.

The complainant is present in Court. He is identified by Mr.

Mohammad Shoib, Advocate. A copy of his Aadhar Card has also been placed on record.

The parties have arrived at a settlement on 28.06.2016, which has been placed on record. The complainant states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
