% 16.03.2017 CS(OS) 3275/2014 Case file has been taken up today on office note as vide order dated 10.02.2017, OA No.22/2016 filed by the plaintiff was dismissed with a cost of Rs.10,000/-. Learned counsel for plaintiff undertakes that said cost sha ll be paid within one week.

Vide order dated 14.01.2016, the matter was transferred to South East District, Saket Court Complex, Delhi in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015 for 03.05.2016. However said date has lapsed and OA against the order dated 14.01.2016 has been dismissed, therefore in view of aforesaid notification the matter is transferred to South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi on 01.04.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the court of learned District & Session Judge, South East, Saket Courts.
