% 21.04.2015 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he intends to file a civil suit against the persons, who are trying to grab his land situated in District Alwar, Rajasthan. He has placed reliance on the letter dated 28th June, 2014 to support his contentions. It may be noted that after 28th June, 2014 petitioner has been released on furlough thrice. There was sufficient time for him to take appropriate legal remedies during the period he was out on furlough. Recently, petitioner has been released on furlough only in the month of March. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain the request of petitioner for grant of parole. Petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
