% 23.08.2017 Crl.M.A.13649/2017 (cancellation of endorsement on FDR) in CRL.A. 466/2015 An application has been filed on behalf of Ms. Fatima, wife of Israr, who is the mother-in-law of the appellant, Siraj, for cancellation of the endorsement made by the Joint Registrar, Delhi High Court over an FDR bearing No.720545110004608 dated 11.05.2016 drawn on Bank of India, which was submitted by the applicant at the time of suspension of sentence of the appellant.

It has been submitted that the appellant has now been acquitted by this court and the applicant requires to liquidate the FDR for personal needs.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the prayer is allowed. On the applicant presenting herself before the Registrar General of this Court within a period of two weeks from today, the Registrar General shall, after ensuring the identity of the applicant, cancel the endorsement on the concerned FDR

which shall be returned to the applicant on her giving a receipt in token of having received the same.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
