The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendant No.1 Ms. Vineeta Gupta in both the suits have mentioned the matter and state that valuation of both the suits for the purposes of jurisdiction is below the enhanced minimum pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and the suits are not commercial suits and that in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of the CS(OS) 1141/2015 & CS(OS) 1141/2015
Chief Justice in exercise of power under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suits are required to be transferred to the Subordinate Courts.

On enquiry, it is further stated that though in the suits as filed there were other defendants also but now Ms. Vineeta Gupta is the only defendant. 3.
The suits pertain to immovable property in the revenue estate of Village Malikpur Chhaoni, Delhi stated to be within the jurisdiction of Police Station Model Town. The counsels state that Police Station Model Town falls within the territorial jurisdiction of District Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi and the suits be transferred to that Court.

The suit files be transferred to the Court of District Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi.
