There are two defendants in the present suit. A certified copy of the original resolution authorising Sh. M. Jayapal Reddy has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record. 3.

Mr. M. Jayapal Reddy is also present in person. Counsel for the defendants, as also Mr. M. Jayapal Reddy, state that defendants will not infringe the patent of the plaintiff during the validity of the patent of the plaintiff.

The statement made on behalf of the defendants will bind the defendants.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the defendants the suit is accordingly disposed of, binding the defendants to their

statement made in the Court today.

No other relief is prayed on behalf of the plaintiff except to the extent of statement made on behalf of the defendants above. 6.

Counter claim filed by the defendants is also prayed and is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly. 7.

Parties are left to bear their own costs.
