O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 The parties have mutually arrived at a settlement and there-under, they have agreed that the respondents/claimants shall get Rs.14,60,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lac and Sixty thousand only) in final i.e. full and final amount with accrued bank interest up to date after deposition. The settlement amount be released to the respective parties in consonance with the terms of the settlement and in terms of the impugned award.

The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal shall stand disposed of.

The statutory amount deposited for entertainment of the appeal alongwith interest, if any, shall be refunded to the insurance company (A.K. CHAWLA) PRESIDING OFFICER (K. VENKATRAMAN) CO-MEMBER MARCH 09, 2019 rc
