Appellant Insurance Company has filed an Appeal for reduction of compensation. The matter has been mutually settled between the parties wherein the entire award amount along with accrued interest deposited by the Insurance Company, i.e. Rs.16,25,000/-, before the Tribunal, shall be reduced to lumpsum amount of Rs. 15,20,000/- along with the interest accrued thereafter.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the learned Tribunal is directed to release Rs.15,20,000/- along with interest accrued thereafter to the respondent -Claimants in terms of the award subject to compliance of all the requisite formalities. The Insurance Company shall be refunded the rest of the amount lying

deposited with the Tribunal alongwith the interest accrued thereafter. The Registrar General of this Court shall release the statutory amount of Rs. 25000/- along with interest, if any, to the Insurance Company. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly. 3.
